Police Equipment Reviews has been busy over the last week or two so we apologize for the delay in posts. Since the last post, we have been sent some police gear to test out. Two of those products are the Glo Glovs and Lockwrite pen. Both are very cheap police equipment, yet both are very handy when it comes to police work.
The Glo Glovs are a lightweight pair of gloves that have reflective material sewed on them. These gloves worked well in traffic control situations or on the line of a DUI checkpoint. In addition to Glo Glovs designed as cop gear, they have a more durable pair that is perfect as camping gear. The Glo Glovs cost about $20.00 and can be purchased at police gear stores and camping gear stores.
The Lockwrite pen is a great little invention that combines your standard pen with a handcuff key on the bottom of it. The pen writes very well and handcuff key works great on Peerless handcuffs and Smith and Wesson handcuffs. They do not work on ASP handcuffs do to the thickness of the plastic. The LockWrite pen can be purchased directly from the maker for about $20.00.
On a side note, Police Equipment Reviews has been asked a few times by fellow police officers looking to start their own police gear sites, which PHP web hosting company do we use. There are a lot of PHP web hosting companies out there, but we use BlueHost web hosting and HostMonster web hosting. We hope that helps you out!
